My experience with Accountancy Recruitment Wales was extremely positive. The process started with being asked relevant questions to ascertain the type of person I was looking for; this first conversation was invaluable as it ensured the CVs I was sent fitted the job perfectly. From this I was able to find the best candidates to interview and this enabled me to save huge amounts of time trawling through irrelevant CVs.
Unlike a lot of agencies who just send you absolutely everything they have that comes close to your job description, ARW gave me a relevant shortlist and from this, I was able to find the best candidates to interview. It was so important that all candidates had been met by ARW as this just added a little bit more information to complement the CV.
I only interviewed a couple of people and found the ideal candidate in the first interview. There is always luck with these things; however, I do believe the process I went through with Sue and Colin enabled a pain-free, quick result, whereas historically, I had interviewed 10 people and found no-one suitable.
